Full Stack Laravel + React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that combine Laravel back‑ends with React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) applications and RESTful APIs.
• Implement interactive user interfaces using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features on time and with high quality.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or newer).
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end experience with React (or Vue.js, Livewire) and optional Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to take ownership, focus on client goals, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
