About the role

Join Payward’s compliance team to help safeguard the integrity of our open‑finance platform. You will work on financial investigations, monitor transaction volumes, and ensure operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

Conduct financial investigations and draft SARs/STRs.
Monitor and adjust to volume fluctuations, handling surges to maintain compliance.
Utilize advanced tools and spreadsheet functions for data analysis.
Balance individual production tasks with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

2+ years of anti‑financial‑crime experience, preferably in crypto.
Strong understanding of compliance operational functions and risk mitigation.
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Willingness to work with AI‑driven automation tools.

Required skills

Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM.
Google Sheets and Google Docs (or similar).
AI automation tools.
SQL and Python (nice‑to‑have).
