Encargado/a de Sucursales – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail stores in a growing company. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring commercial performance across the assigned locations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper commercial management of each store.
• Coordinate overall store operations and visual merchandising.
• Supervise, monitor, and support store personnel.
• Propose and execute commercial actions and promotions.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and oversee product rotation.
• Organize store layout and product displays.
• Conduct basic analysis of sales results.

Required profile

• Complete high school education (Bachillerato).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar retail management roles.
• Strong interest and affinity for fashion.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00 and Saturdays 9:00‑13:00 in the central zone.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
