E‑commerce Channel Sales Manager – Smart Home (Uruguay)

About the role

IMOU, a global leader in the Smart Home segment, is looking for an E‑commerce Channel Sales Manager to grow its online business in Uruguay. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the e‑commerce strategy, managing the official store, and expanding partnerships across major marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IMOU’s e‑commerce strategy, including product portfolio, pricing, advertising, promotions and new‑product launches.
• Build and manage relationships with e‑commerce partners such as Mercado Libre, online distributors and resellers, providing training, sales support and marketing resources.
• Operate and continuously optimise the IMOU Official Store on major platforms, handling product listings, storefront design, promotional planning and performance analysis.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to define pricing, advertising and ROI optimisation plans.
• Coordinate new‑product launches with headquarters and local partners, creating market‑penetration tactics and showcase projects.
• Identify, recruit and manage influencers (KOL/KOC) to boost brand awareness and online visibility.
