Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join Paselibre, a fast‑growing Uruguayan startup that connects companies with a network of sports and wellness centers. The role will be based in Montevideo and combines remote work with onsite days, providing a first‑class experience to our users across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries, complaints and requests via email, WhatsApp, social media and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Promote user engagement and retention by offering suitable solutions and encouraging continued use of the platform.
• Manage subscription lifecycle – onboarding, cancellations and modifications – within the internal CRM system.
• Support internal teams with general administrative tasks and assist in handling complex cases.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience, with a proven background in customer service (digital or face‑to‑face).
• Educational background in administration, communication, customer service or related fields.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, multitasking ability, proactive attitude and capacity to work independently.
• Residency in Montevideo or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Proficient use of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital messaging tools.
