About the role
We are looking for a dedicated cook to join our production team in Montevideo, working the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends. The position involves preparing large‑volume meals while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to the menu, such as stews, pies, salads, fillings, sauces and hot‑cooked items.
- Execute cooking, portioning and assembly processes for high‑volume production.
- Record mandatory hygiene and BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) data, including temperature logs and cleaning checks.
- Keep the work area orderly, clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist with general production tasks as required by daily operational needs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an industrial kitchen or gastronomy environment.
- Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 and on weekends.
- Ability to meet quality standards and sustain an intensive production rhythm.
