Client Solutions Analyst (Semi Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a semi‑senior Client Solutions Analyst to help our customers in Uruguay optimise and automate their business processes using Flokzu’s BPM platform. The role combines consulting, technical design and client onboarding to deliver tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements, translate business processes into Flokzu’s graphical workflow models and design scalable automation solutions.
• Lead onboarding sessions and training to ensure effective platform adoption.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Sales teams to guarantee successful implementations.
• Identify expansion opportunities, promote new features and proactively mitigate risks to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Consultant, Customer Success or similar role focused on process management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency with standard office, web, email, chat and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of process modelling, workflows, BPM or BPMN.
• Additional knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages and project‑management tools is a plus.
