Client Partner – Inside Sales (SMB)

About the role

As a Client Partner – Inside Sales for Small & Medium Business, you will be responsible for growing and retaining Sportradar’s portfolio of SMB clients. You will manage a diverse set of accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue through renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own and actively develop a portfolio of 50+ SMB clients.
• Maintain regular, proactive engagement via phone, video, email and in‑person meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
• Lead renewal discussions and implement measures to reduce churn.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep the sales pipeline healthy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of Sportradar’s sales processes for the SMB segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Sports Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in sales, account management, business development or a customer‑facing commercial role.
• Strong interest in building customer relationships and delivering measurable results.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage professional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with any CRM is acceptable).
