About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Career Framework Specialist to shape and maintain the career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for its Talent organization. You will bring clarity to complex role structures and ensure they scale globally across a remote, high‑performing tech workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Develop and refine role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent‑related structures.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document and communicate updates in a clear, globally usable format.
• Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven track record designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
