Manager, People Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, People Advisory to partner with our People Operations, Divisional People Partners and Centres of Excellence. You will drive HR initiatives, support employee relations and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth cooperation with Divisional People Partners, Centres of Excellence and People Operations; drive change in the people teams.
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of new employees on location.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, HR policies, health & safety and partner with compliance and risk.
• Partner with functional leaders to activate local values, hybrid working plans and culture initiatives.
• Drive engagement, CSR and DEI activities locally.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits and work with vendors.
• Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with L&D teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in HRM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years progressive HR experience.
• Sound knowledge of HR best practices and local employment laws.
• Customer centricity, high‑level communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluent English.
