Capital Markets & Fund Accounting Analyst

About the role

Amicorp is seeking a finance professional to join its Capital Markets and Fund Accounting team in Montevideo. You will own end‑to‑end transaction execution, support complex capital‑market deals, and act as a trusted partner for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and transaction execution for capital‑market mandates.
• Perform daily NAV calculations and report to relevant exchanges.
• Execute loan transactions, coordinating lenders and borrowers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support fund accounting teams with transactional inputs and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash, invoicing, pricing and portfolio profitability.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, auditors, banks, tax advisors and legal teams.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, reporting or financial transaction processing.
• Experience in capital markets, loan administration or fund accounting is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical and solutions‑driven.
• Proven client‑management and stakeholder communication abilities.
