Business Continuity Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Business Continuity Associate to manage and resolve operational incidents across our payments platform. The role is fully remote and supports merchants and partners throughout the incident lifecycle, ensuring smooth go‑live and hyper‑care periods.

Key responsibilities

• Tri‑age, own, and resolve operational incidents from detection to closure.
• Provide clear, timely updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Engage directly with processors and partners to manage day‑to‑day operations, escalating issues when needed.
• Remove technical and business blockers to maintain service continuity.
• Deliver hands‑on merchant support and ensure go‑live readiness, including hyper‑care during launches.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in payments or fintech operations, incident management, or merchant support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
