About the role
We are looking for a motivated baker to join our team in Montevideo. The position works the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends, and offers the chance to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare doughs, pre‑mixes and other bakery preparations according to established recipes.
- Shape, laminate and bake breads, pastries and other baked goods.
- Ensure each product meets quality, texture and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and order in the work area, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM).
- Monitor raw material stock and communicate replenishment needs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a bakery is desirable but not mandatory.
- Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift and on weekends.
