About the role

We are looking for a motivated baker to join our team in Montevideo. The position works the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends, and offers the chance to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare doughs, pre‑mixes and other bakery preparations according to established recipes.
Shape, laminate and bake breads, pastries and other baked goods.
Ensure each product meets quality, texture and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and order in the work area, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM).
Monitor raw material stock and communicate replenishment needs.

Required profile

Previous experience in a bakery is desirable but not mandatory.
Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift and on weekends.
