Asistente de Calidad – Suplencia

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assistant to cover a maternity leave in our food‑service division. The role ensures the proper implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our HACCP‑based quality and food safety management system, guaranteeing that all processes, controls and records meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor critical control points and manage traceability records.
• Analyze deviations, define corrective actions and follow up on their implementation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and monitor microbiological sampling programmes.
• Train and evaluate staff on quality procedures and verify compliance with established standards.
• Investigate customer‑reported non‑conformities, develop action plans and track their resolution.

Required profile

• Degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering or a related field.
• Formal training in quality management and proven experience in similar roles.
• Strong organizational, planning and leadership abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
