About the role

Travel + Leisure Co. (RCI) is looking for a motivated Portuguese‑speaking Sales Agent to join its call‑center team. You will help members plan their dream vacations while earning unlimited commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and deliver personalized service to each client.
• Close sales using persuasive and negotiation techniques.
• Manage an existing client portfolio without the need for prospecting.
• Provide exceptional support by answering questions, handling suggestions and resolving complaints.

Required profile

• Advanced or native proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude, result‑driven mindset, punctuality and responsibility.
• Availability to work in the Zonamerica location.
• Tourism education or experience is desirable but not required.
