About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models. You will review AI‑generated answers on macro‑economics, corporate finance and capital markets, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine AI assistant responses to finance‑related queries.
- Assess the reasoning and accuracy of model outputs against real‑world scenarios.
- Design complex edge‑case questions to test model limits.
- Provide clear, structured feedback for model iteration.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience in finance.
