Trade Development Manager – DAC

About the role

As a Trade Development Manager – DAC you will drive the strategic and tactical sales and distribution plans for Monster Energy’s portfolio, supporting the company’s ambitious business objectives. You will work closely with distributors and bottlers within the Coca‑Cola Operating Unit’s assigned region, ensuring strong market execution and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with distributors and customers in the assigned territory.
• Execute market plans in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
• Maximize sales and distribution of all company products through local and national programs.
• Train and coach distributor/bottler sales forces on the Monster brand.
• Monitor market activity and develop cost‑effective strategies to drive volume and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales.
• 1‑3 years of experience in retail, wholesale or distributor sales environment.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
