Técnico Mecánico – Manufacturing & Assembly

About the role

Satellogic is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join its Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Testing & Export (MAITE) team in Montevideo. You will work on the preparation, inspection and assembly of mechanical parts that include electronic and optical components, ensuring high quality standards and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in quality control and assurance processes.
• Prepare, inspect and assemble mechanical components for satellite production.
• Collaborate on the creation and update of work instructions and procedures.
• Apply good manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including optics, electronics, software and manufacturing specialists.
