Technical Content Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Nango is looking for a Technical Content Engineer to help developers build product integrations with AI. This remote position will create deep‑technical content that educates engineers on APIs, integrations, agents, and AI infrastructure while collaborating closely with founders and the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Write highly technical documentation and tutorials that simplify complex API and integration concepts for developers.
• Build prototypes and write code to gain first‑hand experience of the technologies you document.
• Stay current with AI infrastructure trends and develop thought leadership on emerging industry directions.
• Shape Nango’s technical narrative and vision alongside the product and engineering teams.
• Leverage content to drive awareness, adoption, and word‑of‑mouth growth for Nango.

Required profile

• Software engineering background with a solid computer‑science foundation.
• Experience with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and precisely.
• Strong curiosity and independent judgment to research topics, find compelling angles, and form original viewpoints.
• Passion for AI, agents, and the evolving infrastructure around them.
• Professional writing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
