Technical Account Manager – Hybrid (Uruguay)

About the role

Eron International is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical liaison for merchants integrating our payment orchestration, financial automation, and cybersecurity solutions. You will guide customers through integration, monitor early‑stage performance, and ensure a seamless technical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire deep product knowledge and provide top‑tier technical support.
• Serve as the main technical contact for merchants, assisting with API integration and documentation.
• Monitor and optimise system performance during the first month of integration, addressing issues and improving conversion rates.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for client use.
• Collaborate with product teams to customise solutions when required.
• Build long‑lasting relationships with customers, supporting their technical needs throughout the partnership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to think quickly, resolve issues efficiently, and adapt to changing requirements.

• SQL
• OOP programming (ability to read and understand code)
• REST APIs
• Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with New Relic (preferred)
