Team Lead, GTM Systems Business Analyst

About the role

Lead the GTM Systems Business Analyst team, owning business intake, requirement quality, and early solution shaping across the GTM technology landscape. Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to translate ambiguous requests into clear, prioritized, and technically sound requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the front door for GTM tech business intake, engaging early with stakeholders to understand problems and define clear WHAT/WHY/OUTCOME.
• Translate business needs into structured technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring dependencies and risks are identified.
• Lead and coach a team of GTM Systems Analysts, establishing intake standards and supporting their development.
• Bridge Business and GTM Engineering to ensure work entering sprint is well‑defined, prioritized, and aligned with GTM strategy.
• Promote data discipline, document business logic, and support governance efforts.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset in enhancing Salesforce and ensuring code best practices.

Required skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java.
• Integration tools such as Syncari, Workato, Mulesoft, Fivetran.
• Languages: XML, JavaScript.NET, SQL, C++.
• REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience with Gong, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Hubspot, Gainsight, DeaHub.
