About the role
We are actively seeking a Lead AWS Data Engineer to join our growing team in LATAM. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, specifically focusing on complex data migrations and cloud-native architecture design.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of data strategies, defining the "how" and "why" of solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into scalable AWS architectures.
- Oversee migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, ensure code quality, and implement best practices in data governance and security.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in data engineering and AWS environments.
- Ability to define strategy and guide implementation across projects.
- Strong client collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting code quality.
