Solutions Architect II

About the role

Homera Health is expanding its telemedicine platforms and seeks a Solutions Architect II to define technical vision and drive innovative architecture across projects. You will work autonomously, shaping roadmaps and delivering scalable, secure solutions that support the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand strategic needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and design future‑proof architectures.
• Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within solution architecture.
• Design highly scalable, secure, cost‑effective solutions using emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Select and integrate cutting‑edge hardware, software, and cloud technologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Lead presentations and defend proposed solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Identify optimization opportunities in existing systems and propose innovative improvements.
• Monitor emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advances.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical roles.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on solution design and implementation, preferably in cloud computing or security.
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects.
