About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high‑visibility technical programs for global clients. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating distributed teams, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery from kickoff to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level communication and reporting on program status, outcomes, and next steps.
• Align stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep programs on track.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of managing dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
