About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex technical programs across distributed teams, ensuring that dependencies, risks, and milestones are visible and controlled from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to translate program complexity into clear, actionable communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on program status, outcomes, and risks.
• Align stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep programs on schedule.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training across teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record managing distributed teams and complex dependencies.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
