Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead remote technology projects for global clients. You will guide teams through the full development lifecycle, turning client requirements into effective solutions while ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create project forecasts and define budgets, equipment, and resource needs.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, monitoring progress and controlling scope.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Ensure team compliance with established processes and adapt methods as needed.
• Track project performance and maintain customer and team satisfaction throughout.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Agile project management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data persistence.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, system design, and IT infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience developing real‑world modules and implementing unit tests.
• Familiarity with version‑control tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
