Senior Product Designer (Figma + Cloud Cursor) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Design complex web and mobile‑first interfaces using Figma and maintain design systems.
• Incorporate AI tools such as Cloud Cursor into design workflows to accelerate creativity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Prepare assets for developer handoff and ensure accessibility and visual consistency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and visual quality.
• Experience working on large, complex systems within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Cloud Cursor or similar AI design tools.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Responsive web design and mobile‑first experience.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes and frontend design considerations.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
