Senior .NET Engineer – Storage Infrastructure

About the role

Our client is seeking a self‑motivated Senior .NET Engineer to develop and maintain storage infrastructure that supports critical data, security, performance and compliance for customers. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment, in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance backend systems and APIs using C# and .NET, hosted on Azure and compliant data‑centers.
• Leverage Azure services such as App Services, Kubernetes Service (AKS), Blob Storage and SQL/NoSQL databases to build scalable, secure cloud‑native solutions.
• Build and evolve microservices architectures with ASP.NET and implement RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Optimize solutions for scalability, availability, cost and maintainability, and proactively address performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across teams to align designs, resolve roadblocks and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in high‑scale distributed systems.
• 8+ years building resilient, highly available web services.
• Proven experience documenting architectural standards and decisions.
• Full‑stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
