Senior Leisure Travel Advisor – Luxury Travel Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Leisure Travel Advisor to support a Principal Advisor in managing a high‑volume luxury leisure portfolio. The role involves understanding client needs, crafting bespoke travel experiences and ensuring flawless execution from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Research and book luxury leisure travel, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining and full‑service concierge arrangements.
• Investigate destination options, pricing, customs and relevant world events or weather that may impact travel.
• Advise clients on suitable travel options and ensure they have all required travel documents and health requirements.
• Review reservations for accuracy and quality, maintaining ownership of each client record until departure.
• Resolve travel‑related issues and provide solutions throughout the journey.
• Stay current on airline rules and regulations and apply this knowledge to bookings.
• Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and assist with future plans.
• Utilise the AXUS digital itinerary platform and other booking tools as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in the luxury leisure sector of hospitality.
• At least one year of experience using SABRE.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
