Senior Golang Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Golang Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based engagements. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go in production environments.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Deploy and operate cloud‑native applications on AWS, especially using EKS.
• Contribute frontend features or bug fixes in Angular, Ionic, or React when needed.
• Own end‑to‑end systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous delivery.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate engineering velocity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with Go, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and in fast‑paced, lean teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies, and a can‑do attitude.
