Senior Golang Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to join our talent network and work on U.S. client projects remotely from Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go in production environments.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS, with a focus on EKS and cloud‑native patterns.
• Contribute to frontend features or bug fixes in Angular, Ionic, or React applications when needed.
• Own end‑to‑end systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous delivery.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to increase engineering velocity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience building production‑grade Go services.
• Strong background with PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and in fast‑paced, lean teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and extreme ownership mindset.
