Senior Client Success Specialist

About the role

Sportradar is looking for a Senior Client Success Specialist to act as the primary post‑sales contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our sports data and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic communication with clients via email, phone and virtual meetings, serving as the main point of contact after sales.
• Resolve complex client challenges by coordinating with internal product, technical and sales teams.
• Demonstrate how Sportradar products impact client business objectives and tailor solutions to boost ROI.
• Lead onboarding processes and drive adoption of our services.
• Track client feedback, influence product roadmaps and continuously improve the client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client success, account management or a related role, preferably in technology, sports or gaming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data into actionable strategies.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Sportradar products (a plus).
• Understanding of the betting landscape (a plus).
