Senior Amazon Account Manager – eCommerce Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow our clients' Amazon Seller Central portfolios. You will be the strategic point of contact, driving performance across sales, visibility, and profitability on the Amazon marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management and performance of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor core metrics such as sales, profit, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and overall account health.
• Optimize product listings – titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations and A+ Content.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, visibility, conversion and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, working with specialists or managing them directly.
• Analyse Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance and restocking to avoid stock‑outs or excess.
• Address account health issues, listing suppressions, policy violations and stranded inventory.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and other marketplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving marketplace growth and revenue.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA and marketplace policies.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon PPC and advertising performance.
• Ability to analyse data, identify problems and propose actionable solutions.
