Senior Accounting Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Project

About the role

Coderio is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its Operational Accounting team and support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries. You will act as the bridge between accounting and technology, ensuring a smooth adoption of the new system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform balance‑sheet and P&L reconciliations, variance analysis and periodic reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Accounting and the SAP project team (IT, consultants, stakeholders).
• Help design accounting processes in SAP (chart of accounts, posting logic) and assist with data migration.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate postings and reports.
• Provide training, day‑to‑day support and hypercare during go‑live and stabilization.
• Execute SOX controls and contribute to internal control documentation.
• Manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations and post accounting entries with proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or high‑growth environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to translate accounting needs into system requirements.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules)
• SAP Fiori apps for finance (nice to have)
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Power BI, Alteryx, Python or RPA (automation tools)
