SDR - Sales Development Representative with exponential bonus

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative who will focus on sourcing and qualifying recruitment candidates. This phone‑first position rewards you directly for every qualified candidate you deliver, with a clear bonus structure that grows as you build momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with candidates daily, moving them through the recruitment pipeline.
• Conduct fast, structured screening calls in both Spanish and English.
• Verify that candidates meet required criteria and assist them with documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Hand over qualified candidates with a concise summary and claim your bonus.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Highly organized and able to work quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑directed, able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• At least one year of experience in recruiting, sales, or any phone‑intensive role.
• Available to work during European business hours.
