About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for our technology services portfolio. The role focuses on converting qualified opportunities into revenue, handling negotiations, contract signing, and ongoing account growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead pitch meetings and manage the full sales process for Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Staff Augmentation engagements.
  • Design and customize commercial proposals in close collaboration with technical teams.
  • Maintain and grow assigned accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Close deals efficiently, moving opportunities out of the pipeline.
  • Participate in commercial alignment meetings, providing market feedback to the Growth team.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the tech services sector.
  • Fluent English with strong negotiation and client‑facing skills.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage a client portfolio independently.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally on short notice.

Required skills

  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, APIs, and enterprise integration concepts.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
