Sales Compensation Administrator

About the role

The Sales Compensation Administrator will manage the end‑to‑end administration of sales incentive and commission plans for Internova Travel Group. This role ensures that payments are accurate, compliant with plan rules, and delivered on time to payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Administer recurring sales incentive and commission payment processes for assigned plans.
• Compile, review, and validate commission data received from internal partners.
• Calculate, audit, and prepare payout files in line with approved plan documents.
• Validate participant eligibility, performance results, quotas, and payout calculations against plan provisions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, over‑payments or under‑payments before payroll submission.
• Investigate payment exceptions and respond to employee or manager inquiries.
• Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Sales Operations, and business leaders to resolve issues and improve controls.
• Recommend and assist with automation, workflow enhancements, and standardised operating procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in compensation, payroll, finance, or sales operations administration.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting resolutions and recommending improvements.
