About the role

Hellotext is building a modern communication suite to transform eCommerce experiences. We are looking for a full‑stack Ruby on Rails wizard who can craft polished user interfaces, write clean server‑side code, and help shape the product from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing front‑end components with meticulous attention to detail.
• Implement high‑performance backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and conduct thorough testing.
• Debug and optimise applications to ensure reliability and speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Ruby on Rails developer.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for high‑quality UI/UX.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and self‑motivation in a remote environment.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
