About the role

The Accounting and Reporting Manager will oversee the recording of all company accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate financial statements, and timely reporting to management. This role is part of a national environmental project involving prestigious partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Produce operational financial reports (cash flow, balance sheet, income statement, expense trends) for management.
• Control budgets, monitor variances and adjust forecasts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation.
• Design, implement and track performance KPIs that support business management.
• Manage accounting provisions, depreciation and amortization in line with policies.
• Develop and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and train the accounting team, promoting quality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or specialization in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting with similar responsibilities.
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations and conduct financial analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work under pressure and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
