Onboarding Assistant

About the role

The Onboarding Assistant will ensure newly recruited clients receive a positive, helpful, and seamless onboarding experience while supporting key business initiatives on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of days at the firm for prospecting purposes.
• Provide administrative support for prospecting documentation and formal contracts for new clients.
• Support and coordinate onboarding for new clients including Financial Advisors, Foreign Registered Investment Advisors, and Registered Investment Advisors.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Intelligence, Compliance and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Track and ensure new clients successfully complete their training programs.
• Assist the Onboarding Manager in preparing prospecting documents and materials across Latam regions.
• Support various onboarding‑related initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least one year of work‑related experience in the financial industry.
• Strong client‑service orientation with prompt response to requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on time‑bound projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
