Reservation Agent – Hospitality Customer Service

About the role

The Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for guests and travel agents calling in to book stays at Aven Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels. You will handle inbound calls, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a smooth reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from guests and travel agents for one or multiple hotel properties.
• Provide recommendations on suitable accommodation options and confirm reservations.
• Answer questions about hotel amenities, services, and policies.
• Assist guests with special requests such as dinner reservations, airport transfers, and city tours.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and follow up on any outstanding issues.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of related customer service or reservation experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with increased pay for afternoon shifts.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
