Research Consultant – Americas (m/f/d)

About the role

Appinio is looking for a Research Consultant to join its Latin America team. You will guide B2B clients through the full market‑research lifecycle, from methodology selection and questionnaire design to data interpretation and storytelling. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner for clients, helping design, adapt, and analyse market‑research projects.
• Design studies, define methodology, target groups and sample sizes.
• Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff and conjoint.
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations and produce in‑depth reports.
• Present insights with a strong focus on storytelling and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping for new customers.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and integrate AI capabilities with the Product team.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of end‑to‑end market‑research experience, preferably consulting B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires and work across various research methods.
• Experience creating client‑facing reports and delivering actionable insights.
