Project Manager – Growth Initiatives

About the role

Willow, a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care, is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives. You will coordinate product, design, engineering, marketing, operations and external partners to expand customer reach and scale new touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, creating and maintaining detailed plans, schedules and milestone maps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, managing scope, timelines and resource constraints.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand‑ups and status updates to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Translate high‑level growth goals into actionable, cross‑functional plans.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives with limited initial context.
• Strong risk, gap and dependency identification skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.
