Production Coordinator

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Project Manager and oversee the day‑to‑day workflow of its multidisciplinary production team. The role involves managing task intake, assigning work, and ensuring timely delivery of multi‑channel content.

Key responsibilities

• Intake and evaluate incoming production tasks.
• Assign tasks to the most suitable team members.
• Estimate delivery times and provide ETAs to Project Managers.
• Review agency timelines and give feedback.
• Track ETAs with the production team and flag any delays.
• Raise alerts for overflow situations and communicate team availability.
• Monitor incidents and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Full‑time onsite availability for the first three months (09:30‑19:00).
• Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in agile development environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, or product development is a plus.
