About the role

The primary purpose of this position is to support conventional engineering activities driven by production needs, such as process improvements, equipment replacement, and supplier changes. The role ensures internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded while adhering to Integer’s values and regulatory requirements. It involves documenting design, functionality, and operation of electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements, including QMS, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, making minor adaptations as needed.
• Perform conventional engineering work such as plans, investigations, surveys, and equipment modifications.
• Review test procedures and plans before implementation, conduct failure analysis and inspections on products, processes and materials.
• Investigate, develop and implement new moderate‑scope process technologies to improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• 0–3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in a production environment.
