Product Manager

About the role

Blend, a leading AI services provider, is looking for a Product Manager to drive the next phase of growth. You will own the long‑term product vision, shape user journeys, and ensure the solution delivers measurable value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product scope, epics, and end‑to‑end case journeys.
• Craft the value‑creation narrative and contribute to quarterly OKR setting.
• Ensure user delight and steer the product toward internal product‑market fit.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could block engineering progress.
• Collaborate with Workstream Leads to set “good enough” shipping criteria and define data quality requirements.
• Act as the first user of new solutions, channel feedback to engineering and business partners.
• Monitor engagement and retention metrics to evaluate product‑market fit evolution.
• Tri­age user feedback and prioritize enhancements with engineering and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering software from concept to MVP in cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with disciplined documentation.
• Proven ability to map complex customer journeys and iterate based on feedback.
• Comfort making “good enough to ship” decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Business acumen to articulate ROI and build business cases.
• Experience working in highly regulated domains with risk, compliance, and legal considerations.
• Initiative, curiosity, and adaptability in fast‑moving AI product contexts.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI or LLM‑based products
• Technical or engineering background (preferred)
