Product Designer (Figma + Agentic AI) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer who specializes in Figma and Agentic AI to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to product design initiatives.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring design consistency and scalability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
• Maintain high standards of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product or UI/UX design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and in remote, project‑based environments.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to solve difficult design challenges.
