Product Designer – Figma & Agentic AI (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Product Designer who will join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers, engineers and product managers to create high‑quality user experiences using Figma and emerging Agentic AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems that scale across complex products.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve new challenges creatively and work independently.

Required skills

• Figma for wireframing, prototyping, visual design and design systems.
• AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows (Agentic AI).
• UI/UX design principles, interaction design and user‑centered methodologies.
• Design systems, scalability and systems thinking.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes.
