Product Designer (Enterprise & Data Platforms)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about turning complex data into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences. You will work on enterprise‑level dashboards, reporting tools and analytical platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery through delivery and validation.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible dashboards, reporting tools and analytical platforms for enterprise users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts, engineers and other stakeholders to shape strategy and translate business goals into design solutions.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and v0 to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and iteration.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency and usability across products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a design‑related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience, especially with dashboards, reporting platforms or other data‑intensive enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, information architecture, accessibility and usability best practices.
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of design, product, data and engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (C1 or higher).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or v0.
